11. CONSENT AGENDA » - a. Approve 3 year contract with St. Lucie County Tourism for the installation of Fort Pierce City Web Cams in an amount not to exceed $2,820.00. e. Request approval to piggyback Martin County's Contract for Marine Contracting Services, RFB #2017-2935, as awarded to Brothers' Construction, Inc. along with the subsequent approval of a $28,500 construction contract for the temporary repair of the Melody Lane seawall and sidewalk. f. Approve contract with Lyle Sumek Associates, Inc. for consultation services for the update of the Leadership and Strategic Plan for an amount not to exceed $23,000 in professional fees. g.
