Approve Asset Purchase Agreement with Florida Power & Light Company, of Juno Beach, Florida, for FPUA's undivided 50% share with the City of Vero Beach of the transmission line and switching station known as the County Line Substation and County/Emerson 138kV line in the amount of $2,070,000.

Beach, Florida, for FPUA's undivided 50% share with the City of Vero Beach of the
