Consent Agenda - CONSENT AGENDA:
1. Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 4, 2014.
2. Bid No. 14-16: Approve award of bid and Contract for Elevator Modernization with Southeast Elevator, Inc., of Fort Pierce, Florida, in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,200. The term of this Contract will be from February 19, 2014 to June 30, 2014.
3. Accept renewal quotes from Wright National Flood Insurance Company of St. Petersburg, Florida, for six flood insurance policies in the amount of $37,907. Five policies are effective March 5, 2014 through March 5, 2015; one policy is effective March 10, 2014 through March 10, 2015.
4. Bid No. 14-37: Approve award of bid for Lift Station Fittings with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. of Newport News, Virginia in an amount not to exceed $40,000 annually, effective February 19, 2014 through February 18, 2015 with two one-year renewal options
