Item E1 - Approve FPUA contributions in the amount of $44,979 and $78,117, respectively for the Noa Street and Parkland potable water service Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU) projects and approve the corresponding Interlocal Agreements between St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce Utilities Authority, and City of Fort Pierce and forward to the City of Fort Pierce recommending approval.

$134,500 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 and $269,000 on an annual basis, which includes
an average pay increase of 2.25% for Treasure Coast Energy Center (TCEC), funded
by Florida Municipal Power Agency, not to exceed $10,172 for FY 2014 and $20,343
on an annual basis, all effective March 31, 2014.
