Approval of the Onsite Treasure Coast Education, Research, and Development Authority (TCERDA) Water Main Project in the amount of $266,981, which includes the use of $251,981 of contingency funds provided by St. Lucie County (County), and Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement with County and TCERDA for the first phase onsite water main construction.
2. Bid No. 6070 – Approval of the increase of $251,981 to the annual Water/Wastewater Construction Unit Price Contract with Ditchdiggers, Inc. for the Treasure Coast Education, Research, and Development Authority project with St. Lucie County. This will increase the Contract from $1,500,000 to $1,751,981.
