Consent Agenda - 1. POA 17-01: Approve the single source purchase of a Wilo 248 HP submersible pump for FPUA's Master Lift Station A in the amount of $108,322.85 from Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation, of Bloomfield, Connecticut.
2. Approve budget transfer of $50,000 from Maintenance/Service Contracts to Engineering/Consulting Fees to cover the cost of St. Lucie County Landfill's portion of the acidization procedure performed at the Mainland Water Reclamation Facility's Deep Injection Well.
3. Approve no change to the Purchase Gas Adjustment for the month of August, 2016.
4. Approve budget transfer in the amount of $45,000 to fund the completion of the subaqueous water main valve improvement project for a total cost of $145,000.
5. POA 14-53: Approve Specific Authorization No. TLC 16-01 with T.L.C. Diversified, Inc., of Palmetto, Florida, in the amount of $67,922 for design/build services relating to Island Water Reclamation Facility (IWRF) Intermittent Surface Water Discharge Metering Improvements. This Specific Authorization shall commence upon Notice to Proceed and end on or before September 30, 2016.
6. POA 16-13: Approve award of Bid to and Contract for replacement of an existing Liebert HVAC system at the Energy Services Center (ESC) with Thermal Concepts, Inc. of Davie, Florida, in the amount of $30,093. The Contract will commence upon written Notice to Proceed and end on September 30, 2016, contingent on receiving required Certificate(s) of Insurance.
