a. Acceptance of Easement Deeds for blackflow valves from Fort Pierce
Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) to the City for the use and benefit of Fort Pierce
Utilities Authority. Easements located at 1116 and 1122 Orange Avenue.
b. Approval of Special Warranty Deed and Amendment to Neighborhood
Stabilization Program Subrecipient Agreement between the City of Fort Pierce,
Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) and Fort Pierce Housing Authority
(FPHA) regarding transfer of Orange Avenue property.
c. Approval of request from police department to purchase training from Police Law
Institute in the amount of $14,030.00 as a sole source.
d. Request approval of Blanket Purchase Orders for various vendors and services
to Sunrise Theatre.
e. Request approval of Management Information Systems request to purchase
equipment to upgrade Broadcasting Room Computer Equipment, phase 2, from

lien by fourteen (14) months for Chandrowti Sahadeo of Sunshine Forever
Group, LLC, to pay the reduced total amount of $6,192.68 for property located at
616 N 9th Street.
k. Request acceptance of Culpepper & Terpening’s Specific Authorization No. 7 in
the amount of $28,553.75 in order to provide compensation for additional
engineering inspection services and project close-out services for the SR A1A
Phase I Roadway Improvement Project.
l. Request approval to accept Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) multi-year
grant award to construct fishing pier on east end of Melody Lane in the amount of
$100,000.00.
m. Request approval of funding resources request for the City’s Downtown
Christmas Tree and Marina Square Holiday Lights not to exceed $50,000.00.
n. Request approval of twelve (12) month contract with the Humane Society in the
amount of $125,000.00 for FY 2014.
