a. Approval to piggyback on St. Lucie County RFQ No. 12-041, for Veterans
Memorial Park Professional Engineering Services Award of Design Services and
acceptance of Captec Engineering, Inc. proposal in the amount of $192,500.00.
b. Approval of increase to contract with Wilson’s Petroleum Equipment, Inc. of Fort
Pierce, Florida in the amount of $15,400.00 for the City Marina underground fuel
tank replacement. RFP No. 2013-013
c. Approval of combined Voluntary Cooperation and Operational Assistance Mutual
Aid Agreement between the Port St. Lucie Police Department and the Fort Pierce
Police Department.
d. Approval of combined Voluntary Cooperation and Operational Assistance Mutual
Aid Agreement between the Martin County Sheriff’s Office and the Fort Pierce
Police Department.
e. Approval of request of the police department to submit and accept a grant award
from the State Farm Foundation in the amount of $12,000 for the purchase of an
all-terrain vehicle for disaster recovery purposes.

Construction Industries) for installation of two used above ground fuel tanks to
